The President of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), Lebanon Chapter, Mr. Gabi Lahoud, visited the Faculty of Business Administration (FBA) at Al Maaref University on Thursday, October 4, 2018.

The visit was an opportunity to congratulate ten Accounting students for being awarded the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) Scholarship.

An information session during the visit was delivered by Mr. Lahoud, in which he asserted the importance of obtaining the CMA certificate, in addition to the added value that students will have when they complete it, as they will then be distinguished from the rest of the many other graduates.

Such an accomplishment will equip CMA holders with the needed skills to excel and compete successfully in the labor market nationally and internationally.

Students had a chance during the 'info' session to obtain answers to their concerns and queries, and seek information related to process, time, and requirements to successfully acquire the CMA certification.
