FBA Organized Seminar on Key Performance Indicators in HR

As part of its HR Webinar Series, the Faculty of Business Administration at Al Maaref University (FBA) organized a webinar on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in Human Resources (HR) in the context of rapidly changing business environment.

This webinar was held on Thursday, March 24, 2022 and delivered by Dr. Elizabeth Sfeir, Head of the Department of Marketing and Management at the Antonine University (UA), HR Consultant.

The webinar was attended by more than 100 participants including academics, HR professionals, and students.

The webinar discussed the most prominent and effective KPIs for HR and the methods and principles used to design them. Dr. Sfeir highlighted many examples and best practices from local, regional and global businesses, and emphasized the need to create Dashboard for HR KPIs for better use and decisions.

The guest explained further the challenges faced by business in designing and measuring KPIs in light of the continuous and complex changes and transformations in the inside and outside business environments. Dr. Sfeir’s main recommendation for businesses was to engage employees in the KPIs designing, monitoring and reporting stages.

The webinar included Q&A session with a very enriching discussion.

It is worth to note here that this webinar is the 5th webinar as part of the HR Webinar Series organized by FBA.
