Job Overview:
The role of the Digital Media Assistant involves assisting in managing the university's website and related electronic platforms (social media sites, etc.) and updating them to serve the university's goals. Additionally, the role includes enhancing all forms of electronic communication with the university's audience.
Core Responsibilities:
Assisting in:
- Managing the university's website
- Managing the university's social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn)
- Monitoring media content related to the university published on websites and social media
- Performing relevant operational and administrative tasks assigned by the direct supervisor
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: a bachelor's degree in a related field
- Languages: Proficiency in Arabic and English
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop) and digital marketing
Additional Job Details:
- Location: Al Maaref University, Beirut, Lebanon
- Contract Type: Hourly-based contract
- Weekly Working Hours: 35 hours
