The Faculty of Business Administration at Al Maaref University organized in collaboration with Morgan International, its 2nd Webinar under the title: Managing Virtual Teams on Thursday, Apr 30, 2020 from 2:00 to 3:00 PM.
The workforce in its majority, amid the worldwide COVID-19 virus pandemic, have moved to work virtually leading organizations to offer near support to make sure the flow of work continues. However, is dealing with the virtual workforce and virtual teams similar to the classical work in the office? What particular features are to be considered? Is virtual trust possible? And many other questions are calling the attention of the workforce and their leadership.
This webinar aimed to deal with challenges concerning managing teams virtually by addressing the below questions:
